Behl's Restaurant belongs to Familie Behl's Genusshotel in the north of the Spessart Nature Park, amid orchard meadows and rolling hills. The house has been a popular address for gourmets since 1982 and places the highest emphasis on quality. The restaurant holds the Michelin distinction SELECTED within the Regional/Market Kitchen context. Dining spaces include historic masonry wine‑cellar rooms with cosy niches and a modernly designed red‑wine cellar. Long set tables and bright conference and banquet rooms combine traditional cellar ambience with contemporary hotel dining. The cuisine emphasizes a regional, market‑driven approach using high‑quality local produce. That base is refined with inspirations from international cuisines to shape the dishes. The house operates a distillery (Destille/Brennhaus) and stages regular live distillation evenings with Brennmeister Arno Dirker, who has received numerous gold and silver medals.
