Cala Luna

Cala Luna is a fine dining restaurant situated in Cefalù, Italy, offering an al fresco experience on a lawn with panoramic views that include the sea, the Caldura sea stacks, and the Rocca. Since 2023, it has been listed in the Michelin Guide Italy for its contemporary Sicilian cuisine. On cooler days, guests can dine indoors in the cream-toned Rizz'i Mari room, which features elegant decorations inspired by noble Sicilian family traditions, an open kitchen, and seating at the chef’s table. Chef Dario Pandolfo, an alumnus of ALMA – International School of Italian Cuisine who trained under Gualtiero Marchesi and worked in several European starred restaurants, leads the kitchen. His culinary approach centers on elevating Sicilian gastronomy through fresh, local ingredients sourced ethically via short supply chains involving farmers, fishermen, and artisans.
