Corazón D' Petra is a restaurant located in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, specializing in BajaMexa® cuisine. This distinctive style combines fresh, local, and organic ingredients from Baja California with traditional Mexican flavors from Oaxaca, Puebla, and Michoacán. The menu includes more than 28 original dishes such as Fried Tlayuda with abalone chorizo, Rib and Lamb Tamal, and Black Mole, as well as tasting menus and selected wine pairings.
