Da Giovanni

Da Giovanni, founded in 1965 by Giovanni and Carolina, began as a unique combination of an osteria, grocery, and gas station. Located in Cortina Vecchia, the restaurant has transformed into a distinguished venue offering modern cuisine while maintaining a warm, hospitable atmosphere rooted in friendship and generosity. The menu presents a refined blend of traditional Italian and regional specialties through contemporary culinary techniques, emphasizing quality local ingredients and careful craftsmanship. Da Giovanni also actively participates in community initiatives through the Nazionale Ristoratori, supporting charitable efforts to share joy with those in need. The venue frequently hosts themed events such as traditional Christmas lunches and wine pairing experiences, enriching the cultural dining dimension. Its location and culinary approach make Da Giovanni a compelling destination for guests seeking both excellent food and a convivial atmosphere.
