DAMES

DAMES is a contemporary gastronomic restaurant in a former roadside relay in Dol-de-Bretagne. Partners Marine Hervouet and Pascaline Albicini conceived and run DAMES and have worked together for more than ten years. The venue is recognised by the Michelin Guide (Selected) for its modern cuisine. Installed in a typical Breton house with a private 150 m² garden, the restaurant offers an intimate, peaceful setting that evokes a house of cuisine rather than a formal dining hall. Chefs Marine Hervouet and Pascaline Albicini trained with Alyn Williams, Alain Passard and Bruno Verjus, and with Joël Robuchon, Jean‑Pierre Vigato and Philippe Etchebest; Albicini applies exacting standards and sensitivity to delivering a unique welcoming experience. The kitchen presents seasonal gastronomy rooted in the Breton terroir and driven by emotion; each dish is built around carefully selected local products and the work of regional artisans and winemakers. Specialities include seasonal tasting menus, Breton terroir‑driven dishes and product‑focused preparations that emphasise precise cooking and sauces; giftable tasting menus are available at €65 and €85.
