Le Verbois

Le Verbois is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Picardy, within the Maison Verbois, which also offers five guest rooms. This establishment merges the charm of a boutique hotel with the sophistication of a refined culinary experience, making each visit unique and exceptional. The restaurant offers a daily "carte blanche" tasting menu, crafted from seasonal products supplied by artisanal farmers and fishermen. Chef Guillaume Guibet, who hails from the region, draws inspiration from his travels across Asia and Latin America, infusing French haute cuisine with global influences.
