Erre

Erre is the gastronomic restaurant of Le Domaine du Roncemay, a Château Hôtel in Burgundy, presented as a new gastronomic offering within the Domaine. The restaurant forms part of the estate’s 140 hectares of grounds and benefits from on-site facilities including a spa, a golf course and an outdoor pool that shape the guest experience. The Domaine highlights local producers and regional wines and organises curated experiences such as vineyard visits and tastings that underline its relationship with Burgundy terroir. The hotel holds the Qualité Tourisme label and ERRE is noted by the Michelin Guide as a selected address for creative cuisine; reservations are handled by the Domaine, which organises tailored stays and gastronomic events integrating the restaurant with the estate’s broader offerings. The restaurant sits within a recently renovated Burgundian château where family heirlooms and contemporary designer furniture sit alongside Burgundy stone and period photos, creating a refined yet warm country-house atmosphere. ERRE offers gastronomic, creative French cuisine that emphasises a refined, contemporary approach and close ties with regional producers and Burgundian wines. Clément Vergeat (Chef) and Marine Mateos (Chef) have taken charge of the property's entire food offering since 8 June, covering the convivial bistro through to the restaurant gastronomique ERRE.
