Eulenstein

Eulenstein, opened in 2015, operates around the concept summed up by the phrase "Einfach, Gut, Essen." The house places particular emphasis on its wine list, featuring predominantly regional and German wines with selections from Austria, France, Italy and occasionally overseas. The kitchen is led by a chef whose professional background includes positions at Gasthaus zur Kanne (1 Michelin star) and Restaurant Ca's Puers (1 Michelin star), as well as experience in Mallorca and international touring catering. The restaurant holds a Michelin Guide distinction of "Selected." The dining room offers a sympathetic, relaxed atmosphere paired with a modern ambience. A young service team cultivates a casual, friendly vibe that aims to make guests feel like they are dining with friends. Cooking is light and modern, rooted in regional produce and influenced by international techniques. The menu is seasonally and market-driven and is changed twice a month.
