Ezkia

Ezkia is an eco-responsible gastronomic restaurant in Bidart. The founders, who spent more than ten years working in kitchens and front of house, chose a warm space a few steps from Place Sauveur Atchoarena. Ezkia aims to welcome guests with conviviality, sensitivity and authenticity. The dining room is warm and friendly, its old parquet and stone walls create the impression of being received at friends' home. A terrace is available and the restaurant offers privatization options for events. The restaurant's philosophy centers on pleasure and environmental care. Dishes are homemade and prepared in-house from produce sourced from nearby producers, breeders and fishers. Ezkia places emphasis on direct relationships with these local suppliers to highlight fresh products and seasonal cycles.
