Located near Mercado de Colón in Valencia, Flama offers an intimate atmosphere with 17 low tables and a bar facing the open kitchen. Guests can watch Chef Eduardo Espejo prepare meals live over the embers, creating an authentic and engaging experience. Chef Espejo, from Xàtiva, began his career at 18 and trained in prestigious kitchens including Casa Marcial, which holds two Michelin stars, and Honôo, a Japanese grill under Grupo Tastem.
