Gavroche

Gavroche is a contemporary French restaurant in the heart of Strasbourg. The owners aim to offer more than a meal: a refined sensory experience characterised by careful plating and attention to detail. The restaurant has been recognised by the Michelin Guide (listed as "Cuisine moderne / Selected"). In addition to à la carte offerings it presents set menus and tasting formats, and it operates workshops and tailor-made culinary events. The dining room is elegant and intimate, offering a warm, convivial atmosphere with attentive service and a charming, refined decor. Specialities include langoustines snackées with puffed rice and lemon mousse; Foie Gras de Canard torchon, briefly smoked; Œuf frais Bio poached with chestnut velouté and black truffle; turbot grilled with lobster bisque and multi-grain risotto; Carré de Veau du Val d’Argent slow-cooked with truffle; and Saint-Jacques roasted with a Thai-style broth.
