Granica

Granica is an intimate, contemporary starred restaurant in Cellettes. It is founded and run by Alice and Alexis Letellier, who opened this new address after nine years at their first house, La Vieille Tour, which earned a Michelin star in 2021. The couple transplanted their culinary project into a fully renovated old barn. Granica presents itself as more than a location: a philosophy of cooking founded on authenticity, sharing and curiosity and an invitation to discover a living, warm and open gastronomy while the team pursues the continuation of their Michelin distinction at this new venue. The intimate contemporary dining room is revealed beneath an exceptional chandelier whose amber light highlights exposed beams and the soul of the place. The dining room opens onto an aromatic garden. These elements offer a warm, crafted and elegant vibe. The cuisine is modern and inspiration-driven, described as free, precise and sincere. It relies on homemade preparations, fresh products and seasonal, terroir-driven sourcing.
