Gric

Gric grew from a project led by a chef who trained at the CFA Médéric and worked with Frédéric Anton (Le Pré Catelan), Jean-Yves Leuranguer (Le Fouquet’s) and Éric Frechon (Le Bristol), and with Guillaume Gomez at the Élysée, where she became the first woman to hold that post. In 2020 she joined Christophe Hay as chef of La Table d'à Côté in Ardon and subsequently launched Gric with her team Maud, Maëlle and Dorian. The restaurant holds recognition from Maîtres Restaurateurs, the Collège Culinaire de France, Gault&Millau and the Michelin Guide. A warm, family-house atmosphere focuses on conviviality and sharing, with an immersive layout that places guests close to the kitchen. The kitchen blends tradition and contemporary inspiration. Marie Gricourt is chef. Specialties are generous vegetable-forward preparations, terroir-inspired seasonal plates and convivial, shareable family-style dishes executed with a playful ("canaille") spirit.
