The site is a former local cheese shop (Käsestube) and the restaurant is the project of Alexandra Killy and her husband, a gastro‑pair with many years of professional experience and formal training. The kitchen focuses on daily‑fresh, market‑driven cooking for pescetarians, vegetarians and meat lovers, and the house runs catering for celebrations, serving up to 60 guests off site. Höfli is recognised in the Michelin Guide as SELECTED and bases its approach on seasonal, market‑sourced ingredients and approachable, contemporary preparations, and it offers small private dining rooms for intimate gatherings.
