Jumo & Co is run by twin brothers Pierre and Julien Loustau, who lead the kitchen and pastry teams with a young, dynamic staff. Located in the historic centre of Pau, the venue combines a restaurant, a pâtisserie and a tea-salon with offerings throughout the day. The house blends tradition, quality and modernity with a monthly-changing carte that emphasises seasonal, balanced and generous flavour combinations. The team presents a daily lunch formule and a Sunday brunch; the pâtisserie provides take-away items. The establishment received the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
