KASA restaurant&events

KASA restaurant&events brings something genuinely distinctive to the Hamburg dining scene. Under the direction of Chef Claudio Sambito, the kitchen leans into Italian cuisine with a clear focus on organic ingredients — and the format gives you room to explore that through either a tasting menu or à la carte. Both paths lead somewhere worth going. What sets KASA apart is the pairing philosophy. Surprising combinations of food and wine are the point here, not an afterthought. It's the kind of place where the menu feels considered rather than just composed. The setting matches the cooking — quiet and modern, without being cold. Service is attentive and warm, the kind that's present without hovering. Whether you're hosting a corporate dinner or just want a meal that holds your attention from start to finish, KASA has the right balance of focus and hospitality to pull it off.
