Kous Kous is a Moroccan bistro and lounge located in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Founded by Chef Moumen Nouri, whose upbringing in Marrakech inspired the initiative, the restaurant reflects the rich traditions of Moroccan cuisine, including slow-cooked tagines, alongside vibrant murals and a market-like atmosphere. The space combines Moroccan heritage with Western influences, offering an environment rich in aromatic herbs, spices, music, and colors. The kitchen offers a menu that mixes traditional Moroccan elements with inventive touches, presenting dishes designed for sharing.
