Kürbishof is a historic tavern and guesthouse in Anterivo, Italy, set within the Monte Corno Nature Park. Housed in a building dating back to 1772, it was transformed from a barn into a culinary and hospitality venue by the Varesco family—Hartmann, Sara, and their children Angelika and Mathias. The family’s approach focuses on a "back to the roots" experience that highlights authentic local flavors and traditional hospitality. The restaurant features two original Tyrolean 'stuben' with a tiled stove and open fireplace, complemented by a vaulted cellar and garden, which together create a warm and rustic atmosphere. Guests dine amid the historic setting while enjoying regional delicacies prepared with modern culinary techniques. Adjoining rooms and a suite furnished in traditional South Tyrolean style offer comfortable, classic charm.
