La Coopérative - Domaine Riberach

La Coopérative is the Michelin-starred restaurant of Domaine Riberach, housed in the former cooperative wine cellar of Bélesta and presented as an industrial "cathedral of wine" turned loft-style gastronomic destination. The house links Slow Life and eco-responsibility — geothermal energy, a natural biotope pool and rainwater recovery — with creative gastronomy, and the estate produces and pairs its wines from an on-site cellar. Recognised by Michelin with green and red distinctions, the restaurant combines a starred, sustainable cuisine with on-site wine production in a unique historic setting. The dining room is remodelled in loft style, blends industrial structure with natural elements and sits at the foot of a medieval castle; the estate is surrounded by vineyards, Mediterranean gardens and Mediterranean maquis. Contemporary fine-dining centres on a seasonal focus on Catalan terroir and locavore (Km0) ingredients; menus are creative, sincere and often presented as multi-course surprise or tasting experiences intended as sensory journeys. Dennys Teixeira (Chef) directs the kitchen.
