La Cuisine Rademacher was founded in 2018 by Marlon Rademacher, who opened the restaurant at the age of 23 after working in numerous renowned three- and two-Michelin-star kitchens. The Guide Michelin awarded the restaurant one star in 2020, and the house has since received recognition from Gault&Millau, Der Feinschmecker, Falstaff, Rolling Pin and other leading publications. The restaurant's philosophy emphasizes a blend of modern crossover elements and French refinement and prioritizes a small selection of exclusive dishes to guarantee the highest quality. Ingredients are sourced through collaborations with regional and international top suppliers that combine fresh international and regional top-products with creative ideas; gift vouchers are available both in the restaurant and digitally.
