La Dînée du Viguier

La Dînée du Viguier is the gastronomic restaurant of the Hôtel Mercure Figeac Viguier du Roy, located in the heart of Figeac’s medieval quarter. It operates within the historic residence that belonged to the Viguier du Roy family for four centuries, and the hotel’s architecture and grounds—terraces, roofs, staircases, patios and a pool—frame the dining experience. The restaurant is linked to the hotel's cultural programming and hosts cultural, gourmand events such as the “Rencontres Bons&Vivants,” during which guests enjoyed a four-course lunch accompanied by historian and guide Jean‑François Vassal. Set behind large stone walls in the historic Viguier du Roy residence, the dining rooms and adjoining spaces convey intimacy, refinement and history; rooftops, bridges and quiet corners create a layered, evocative atmosphere.
