La Table d'Alva

La Table d'Alva is a modern, gastronomic restaurant in Le Vaudreuil. The restaurant has been recognized in the Michelin Guide (Selected). Guests are invited to contact the team for special requests and particular arrangements. Contemporary French cuisine follows a modern approach that emphasizes seasonal products and refined technique. The kitchen is led by Valentin Harou, who trained at Ferrandi, apprenticed at Le Meurice under Alain Ducasse and worked at the Peninsula and at high-level seasonal addresses. Pastry is overseen by Alice Picard, who trained with MOF-level pastry chefs and gained experience at Jules Verne, notable luxury establishments and alpine houses. Both chefs bring experience from starred and palace kitchens as well as intensive seasonal residencies, shaping a contemporary cuisine grounded in technical training and pastry expertise. Specialties: Bistro Menu (midday), Menu Découverte — 3-course gastronomic lunch (midday only), Tasting Menu — 5- or 7-course seasonal dinner (also Sunday lunch).
