La Table de la Font des Pères

La Table de la Font des Pères is the gastronomic restaurant of the La Font des Pères wine estate near Bandol, on terraced vineyards with views of the Sainte-Baume. The estate traces its roots to the 16th century and bears the imprint of a 2010 revival by Philippe and Caroline Chauvin; its 10-hectare vineyard is farmed organically and produces AOP Bandol wines central to the restaurant’s identity. Dining sits alongside an on-site spa, private villas and oenotouristic experiences. Perched on the domaine’s restanques, the restaurant has a glazed terrace with a 180° panorama. Interiors pair rustic-chic stone with bottles displayed on the walls, and terraces shaded by fig trees create an intimate Provençal mood. The cuisine presents a contemporary, author-led take on Provence, practising farm-to-table with seasonal produce and short supply circuits from the estate to the plate. The kitchen sources fruits, vegetables, herbs, eggs, poultry and orchard products directly from the domain. Head chef Raphaël Linossier brings training from Park Hyatt Regency CDG and Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme and experience at Château de Berne and Thalazur l’Île Rousse with chef Jérémy Czaplicki, and directs the kitchen with a light, vegetable-forward signature. Specialties include 3-, 5- and 8-course tasting menus, estate AOP Bandol wine pairings, autoproduced morels cultivated in an on-site greenhouse, and dishes prepared with farm eggs and estate poultry.
