La Table d'Uzès is the culinary offering of the five-star La Maison d'Uzès hotel in a fully renovated setting. It blends tradition and innovation. The house presents curated experiences such as a Lunch & Spa package in partnership with the Clarins Spa, combining wellness treatments with a four-course meal. Its association with the luxury hotel and the cathedral-facing location contribute to the restaurant's distinctive identity. Interiors are elegant and light-filled, inspired by the orangery's opulence and the calm of a lush winter garden. Décor is refined and soothing. An outdoor terrace provides luminous seating as a natural extension of the main dining room and offers views of Uzès Cathedral, enhancing the experience in fine weather. The cuisine is modern, contemporary fine dining focused on seasonal, product-driven cooking. Daily inspiration and supplies come from the surrounding agricultural valley and the nearby Place aux Herbes market, reflecting a deep respect for local produce. Christophe Ducros took over the kitchens in 2016 and has retained the restaurant's Michelin star.
