L'Acte 2

L'Acte 2 opened in June 2021 when Lucas Degot and front-of-house partner Julie Degot, who met at Régis and Jacques Marcon, reopened a village institution closed since 2018. Lucas trained at CFA d'Annonay in Ardèche (CAP, BP), worked with André & Viviane Châtelard, spent three years as commis with Régis and Jacques Marcon and in 2019 worked with Romain Masset for the French Bocuse d'Or selection. Julie completed a mention complémentaire sommellerie in June 2020, manages wine and beverage list and service, and the house earned a Gault & Millau toque (Dec 2021), Maître Restaurateur certification (2022), Michelin Guide inclusion (2024) and joined Toques d'Auvergne (2025). The kitchen presents modern cuisine, combining innovative and traditional approaches through set tasting menus and à la carte dishes built on seasonal and regional ingredients, with a menu structure that favours multi-course tasting experiences and optional wine pairings.
