Landhotel Krone

Landhotel Krone in Heitersheim is a family-run hôtel-restaurant with roots to 1618 and more than 400 years of family history. The property pairs its culinary programme with about 900 m² of wellness: saunas, a granite herbal bath, a water grotto, a relaxation garden and a year‑round heated outdoor pool up to 32 °C. The outdoor pool is partly powered by solar and geothermal energy, and the house has received a Bib Gourmand. Krone combines long family tradition, award recognition and an integrated spa with its culinary programme. Interior spaces include cosy parlours and a mix of old masonry, wood, steel and glass that create a comfortable, home‑like atmosphere. Rooms are designed for retreat and feature contemporary touches. Cuisine follows a regional, seasonal and organic philosophy described on site as regional‑seasonal cuisine with international influences and a market‑kitchen (Marktküche) approach. The kitchen composes multi‑course menus and stages themed weeks devoted to fish and to premium steaks. Specialties include the 4‑course Kronenmenü, the 6‑course Feinmenü, Rottmann's Bouillabaisse, lobster (Hummer), dorade and premium grilled steaks.
