Château de la Gaude has operated since 2019 within a building classified as a Monument Historique and presents a lively, convivial destination that combines heritage, gastronomy, art and vineyards. The estate comprises a 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant and an on-site wine cellar (cave), together with contemporary art displays and cultivated vines across the domaine. It emphasizes the richness of the local terroir, integrates its vineyards and cellar into the guest experience, and markets boutique products and gift boxes spanning hospitality, gastronomy and spa experiences as a full-service gastronomic and cultural destination. Set in the gardens of a restored 18th-century bastide nestled in verdant grounds in the Aix-en-Provence countryside, the property projects a cultured, convivial atmosphere that blends historic architecture, landscaped greenery and contemporary art for an elegant Provençal setting. The on-site Restaurant Gastronomique offers fine-dining gastronomy with an expressed focus on the local terroir. Matthieu Derible leads the kitchen as chef.
