Le Coin des Saveurs in Verviers (Heusy) is a contemporary gourmet restaurant presenting a modern, creative and sometimes audacious approach to cooking. The house has been distinguished with a Bib Gourmand, its reputation continues to grow, and it offers seasonal and special‑event menus as well as take‑away options for certain menus. The dining room is contemporary and refined, with a relaxing ambience and professional service. The venue offers four ambiances: a large dining room, a very beautiful modular terrace with a retractable roof (highlighted as one of the venue’s main assets), a cellar and an open kitchen. The cooking is built on fresh seasonal produce and focused menus. Structured offerings include a monthly Menu Découverte on weekdays and a biweekly Menu Quinzaine at lunch; the Sunday midday version is accompanied by a flute of cava and two glasses of wine. Michel Norga is the chef.
