Le Cromesquis

Le Cromesquis is selected by the Michelin Guide and presents a range of set menus and tasting formats, including Menu Saveur, Menu Tentation and a Menu Surprise served for the entire table. Sourcing is explicit: meats originate from Cantal, France and the EU, while shellfish and fish come from Brittany, and the team prefers to be temporarily out rather than compromise on quality.
