Le Lucé

Le Lucé is located in the Hotel Château du Grand-Lucé in the Loire Valley, just south of Paris. It aims to set a new standard in haute cuisine with an elevated farm-to-table dining experience. Menus include lunch and dinner offerings and a wine list is available. Reservations are handled through a third-party booking partner. Le Lucé is selected by the Michelin Guide (cuisine: Cuisine moderne). The dining room occupies the château's recently renovated summer palace of Baron Jacques Pineau de Viennay and presents magnificent splendor and chic opulence, creating a fabled, elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is authentically French with a subtly modern approach, driven by farm-to-table principles, original seasonal preparations and organic produce sourced locally and drawn from the château's expansive potager garden and the bounty of the surrounding region. Dishes are remarkable for their artistry and gastronomique success, reflecting a commitment to freshness, seasonality and refined presentation. The restaurant operates under the leadership of Executive Chef Maxime Thomas.
