The couple bring 15 years' prior experience running TWO 6 TWO in Luxembourg and returned to this Saint-Émilion address of personal significance; Le Tertre is Selected in the Michelin Guide: modern, creative cuisine. An elegant, intimate dining room of 28 covers offers personalized, attentive service; warm, convivial atmosphere. A dramatic monolithic stone wine cellar holds 300+ references focused on Saint-Émilion, Southwest and notable French vintages, offering wines by the glass, curated pairings. Cuisine is creative, contemporary, anchored in seasonality and local sourcing within an eco-responsible, locavore philosophy. Short homemade menus change regularly to limit waste; kitchen offers dedicated 100% vegetarian menu alongside other tasting options. Chef Julien Elles roots his cooking in the moment, drawing inspiration from seasonal produce from local producers to craft inventive, vegetal plates.
