Les Perséides

Les Perséides is a maison d'hôtes and gastronomic restaurant set in the peaceful countryside of Lézignan in the Piémont pyrénéen, ten minutes from Lourdes–Tarbes international airport. Owned by Christophe and Anastasia, the property occupies an hectare of lush greenery, faces verdant plains and the Pyrenean summits, and is designed as a refuge of charm. The house positions gastronomy as a matter of passion and excellence, underpinned by culinary craftsmanship, and is recognised in the Michelin Guide (Selected). The house offers an atmosphere of serenity and contemplation and a warm, personalised welcome. Interiors and windows are arranged to create unity with the surrounding nature and to frame picturesque views of the gardens and the Pyrenees, producing a charming rural haven focused on relaxation and comfort. The restaurant prioritises locally sourced, seasonal ingredients within a locavore menu philosophy and prepares dishes that emphasise regional flavours with refined presentations. Chef Christophe Dufau leads the kitchen. Specialties include terroir tasting menus, seasonal locavore dishes, creative modern French cuisine and memorable degustation experiences.
