L'Espièglerie

L'Espièglerie is a gastronomic restaurant in Namur, established in 1988 and installed in the former tannery workshops of Les Tanneurs. The restaurant positions itself as the reference gastronomique of Namur, forms part of the Les Tanneurs complex and the house holds a Michelin distinction, the Bib Gourmand. The dining room is tastefully decorated and offers class, refinement and comfort within a historic setting of stone and brickwork. The kitchen focuses on creative, modern gastronomy, presenting an original carte that exploits the best market products and seasonal produce to compose multi-course menus. Hubert Quairiat leads the kitchen. Set menus include Lunch du midi (3 services), Menu Espiègle (3 services), Menu Balade (4 services) and Menu Gourmand (5 services), alongside market-driven seasonal dishes and special menus for events and celebrations.
