L'Éternel

L'Éternel, gastronomic restaurant of Hôtel de la Poste et du Lion d'Or in Vézelay, opened March 2017 in a relais de poste building over 200 years old. It offers a contemporary take on French gastronomy with menus highlighting local terroir and a land-and-sea balance. Recommended by Michelin Guide and noted by Gault & Millau, it holds hospitality distinctions and awards. The kitchen focuses on freshness, colour, texture and seasonal balance, inviting a memorable culinary walk between land and sea.
