Louroc is the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s one-Michelin-starred evening restaurant, housed on the legendary Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc estate, a historic Riviera property founded in 1870. The venue forms part of the seaside estate’s culinary offering and combines Michelin-starred fine dining with a contemporary Provençal‑Mediterranean philosophy and direct sourcing relationships with traditional producers. Freshly designed dining spaces create a relaxed atmosphere of timeless elegance overlooking the Mediterranean, with an evening-focused, refined setting. The kitchen presents contemporary Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine that keeps ingredients natural and whole and treats them with a light touch; menus reflect long-standing relationships with traditional producers. Executive Chef Sébastien Broda leads Louroc’s culinary team.
