Lunario

Lunario is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in San Marcos, El Porvenir, Mexico, offering contemporary Mexican cuisine deeply connected to the region's traditions. The culinary experience celebrates the land, the coast, and the viticulture of Ensenada, featuring vegetables, dairy, and some proteins sourced from Finca La Carrodilla, a certified organic farm. The proximity to Ensenada ensures an exceptional supply of seafood, including abalone, bluefin tuna, oysters, clams, sea urchins, and lobster. Chef Sheyla Alvarado, trained at prestigious institutions such as Mirazur in France, leads Lunario with a focus on sustainable and ethical cooking.
