maiBeck FÜR DICH operates as an everyday bistro, operating since 2013, and maintains close, personal relationships with farmers, producers and suppliers so guests discover the extraordinary in simple, directly sourced ingredients. The team participates in the HERBARIUM collaboration led by Jan C. Maier and Tobias Becker with photographer Jennifer Braun and author Johannes J. Arens, and sells a limited-edition Herbarium box plus related publications.
