Maisha's Kitchen is a plant-forward fusion restaurant in München, where the menu draws from a range of culinary traditions to put together dishes that feel both intentional and genuinely interesting. Chef Sebo's approach centers on fresh, vibrant combinations — think bold contrasts in flavor and texture rather than anything predictable. The standout plates tell you a lot about the kitchen's sensibility. The Udon poke bowl brings together chili, mango, avocado, edamame, sugar snap peas, and coriander in a way that feels cohesive rather than chaotic. The Latin lover bowl leans into earthy rice and beans, lifted by pickled onions and avocado. And the Spicy feta — quinoa, hummus, red cabbage, cucumber, and corn — lands somewhere between a grain bowl and a mezze spread. Every dish on the menu is either vegan or vegetarian.
