Maison Burgarella, family-run gourmet house in Espalion, offers two distinct dining experiences under one roof: the warm, family-friendly brasserie La Table de Romane and the refined, gastronomic restaurant La Tour on the first floor. It offers Box Tour takeaway and gift packages, promotes local sourcing and fresh ingredients throughout its menus. The house is led by chef David Burgarella and his wife Katy. Specialties include Corne d'Aubrac (amuse-bouche), aligot maison, tête de veau, ris d'agneau, Burger de l'Aubrac and mille-feuille au praliné.
