Miceli

Miceli is housed in a 19th-century Majorcan family home, creating an intimate, inviting atmosphere where attentive service complements the dining experience. Established in 2012 by chef Marga Coll and her husband Javier Arés, the space preserves familial warmth and reflects a deep respect for traditional cooking. The menu at Miceli changes daily, driven by the freshest produce sourced each morning from the Inca market. Guests can select individual dishes or choose from two tasting menus, both emphasizing simple, well-executed recipes grounded in seasonality. This approach ensures every visit offers new culinary discoveries based on local ingredients. Chef Marga Coll, active in Majorcan cuisine since 1995, holds a scholarship awarded in 1998 for renewing traditional recipes. Beyond Miceli, she operates Arrels by Marga Coll in Illetas and founded La Barra de Miceli at the Inca market in 2018, providing sandwiches, tapas, and daily specials without a fixed menu. Miceli’s quality and value have been recognized with the BIB Gourmand distinction.
