Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza was founded on the belief that extraordinary pizza requires meticulous attention and the finest ingredients. The concept emphasizes quality and consistency, the brand runs a Mister O1 Pizza School with classes for amateur clients in multiple cities, and it operates locations across Florida, Texas and Georgia. The menu centres on thin-crust Italian-style pizzas made from a very light dough prepared and rested for a minimum of 72 hours in natural levitation; most premium ingredients are imported from Italy or locally sourced. Renato Viola (Chef) was raised in Southern Italy, began apprenticing with top pizza chefs by age 11, won numerous awards in Italy and around Europe, and relocated to Miami Beach under an O1 visa for individuals of extraordinary artistic ability to open Mister O1 and create a revolutionary pizza-focused concept.
