O me o il mare is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Gragnano, Italy, led by Chef Luigi Tramontano. Named in tribute to his father Antonio, also a chef, the venue reflects a deep family dedication to culinary tradition. Chef Tramontano draws on extensive experience from luxury kitchens such as Don Alfonso 1890 and the Grand Hotel Quisisana. His cuisine offers a contemporary take on Mediterranean and Italian classics, emphasizing seasonal vegetables, pasta, meats, and fish with a focus on simplicity and refined presentation.
