Peculiare Restaurant is housed within an 18th-century noble palace in the historic center of Aversa, where stone arches and period architecture blend with modern design to create a refined and inviting dining space. The setting balances traditional charm with contemporary elegance, centering attention on the culinary experience. The menu articulates a sophisticated fusion of Italian cuisine with French and Japanese influences. Emphasizing seasonal and high-quality local ingredients, the kitchen combines technical precision with creative sensitivity to let each ingredient’s true character emerge. Chef and owner Antonio Pagliuca leads the kitchen, drawing on experience from renowned establishments such as Park Hyatt’s Vun and Nobu Berkeley St. Signature dishes span a range from Uovo 65° with fondant leek and 24-month Parmigiano espuma to Black Cod Alaska with den miso and celery root, and Lobster Nerano served in two courses.
