Petit Amour

Petit Amour is an intimate, Michelin‑listed restaurant in Hamburg that reopened under new ownership on 7 October 2023 after an earlier run from 2015–2022. The kitchen pairs French craftsmanship with Nordic, product‑driven seasonal ingredients. Monique Lingg leads a small front‑of‑house team that organises service, guest care and event planning. Within five months of reopening Petit Amour received a Michelin star, a recognition the team presents as confirmation of their focus on product quality and culinary refinement. The venue emphasises personalised dining, accommodating vegetarians and guests with allergies and adapting menus on request to deliver refined, heart‑felt dining in a relaxed atmosphere. A small, warm dining room with eleven tables creates an intimate, relaxed and convivial atmosphere focused on attentive service and culinary detail. The restaurant presents multi‑course tasting menus in multiple lengths with carefully matched beverage pairings, including premium and non‑alcoholic options. Eike Iken is Head Chef and Managing Director, trained in starred kitchens and championing classic technique alongside a contemporary product focus. Specialties include Kaisergranat, crustacean bisque; slow‑braised veal cheek, truffle jus; zander, savoy cabbage and bacon; roasted beetroot, schmand and pumpernickel; and Bienenstich dessert with almond, honey and blueberry.
