POPS is a modern gastronomic restaurant in Pornichet with a refined, contemporary approach, recognised as a Michelin-selected establishment for its modern cooking. The kitchen is led by Corentin Leverger, whose background includes 110 de Taillevent, Le Coq Rico, Le Drouant and La Mare aux Oiseaux. His second, Paul Baconnais, brings experience from La Mare aux Oiseaux and Le Petit Nice and contributes to menu creation. Front of house is led by Océane Maisonneuve and Sylvain Daure; they designed the drinks list with regional distilleries and produce house-made non-alcoholic beverages. The wine list is by Cyril Carré (Les Vignes au Carré). The team emphasises close working relationships with local producers and regional partners to source ingredients and highlight terroir, and operate the bistrot LOCCO adjacent, offering a convivial bistronomic option. Guests describe a warm, cosy atmosphere with a recently refurbished decor. An open kitchen lets diners observe the meticulous work of the team. The cuisine is refined, contemporary gastronomy respecting seasonality and sublimes regional flavours through close work with local producers; cooking emphasises precision and finesse in technique and presentation.
