The founders met in Paris at L'Astrance, trained with several starred chefs, then moved to Lille to join the Rozo team before creating Pulpe to reflect those experiences and values. The wine list is curated in line with the restaurant's values and shaped by encounters with committed female and male winemakers. The kitchen offers a compact seasonal menu and a bistro approach informed by high-level training and respect for producers.
