ReComiendo

ReComiendo is a Michelin one-star restaurant in Córdoba, Spain, led by Chef Periko Ortega. The restaurant offers tasting menus such as ReCuerdos, MeMoria, NoStalgia, and their wine-paired versions Armonía Memento, each designed to convey the essence of Córdoba’s flavors. These menus include artisanal breads baked in a century-old wood-fired oven using organic whole flours milled with stone. Signature dishes feature cocido broth with white shrimp cured in amontillado, croquettes with bluefin tuna belly and Iberian acorn ham, truffle potato omelette, and wood-fire grilled sea bass.
