Regadera is located in Córdoba’s historic city center, set on the riverbank near landmarks such as the Mezquita Cathedral and the Roman Bridge. The restaurant occupies a charming riverside building that blends traditional architecture with an authentic, cozy atmosphere. Chef Adrián Caballero, a graduate of the Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Gastronomía de Toledo, leads the kitchen. He brings expertise gained from working in top Spanish restaurants and prestigious hotels, enhanced by international culinary experiences. Regadera represents his first personal project, where he applies a philosophy centered on artisanal craftsmanship. The menu features modern, market-driven cuisine with tasting and set options. Every dish is handmade daily, emphasizing freshness, quality, and a careful, passionate approach. The restaurant’s dedication to this philosophy has earned it a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction, recognizing both the high standard and value of its offer.
