Restaurant Sunshine

Restaurant Sunshine brings together international cooking with a strong focus on vegan and vegetarian dishes. The menu is built around a few well-defined ideas done well — the Columbia Bowls and Columbia Burgers are the signatures here, both available to take away if you're on the move. Drinks and wines round things out nicely. What comes through clearly from those who eat here is the atmosphere created by the staff — attentive and genuinely warm, the kind of service that makes a meal feel easy rather than transactional. It's a straightforward, welcoming spot with a clear point of view on what it wants to serve.
