Rodesand is the fine‑dining restaurant located in the Herrenhaus at Gut Immenhof, presenting creative feel‑good cuisine. The restaurant hosts special culinary events called “pleasure trips” focused on themes such as seafood, truffles or sushi, often paired with vintner wines and champagne. It offers a British‑style teatime with selected teas and homemade delicacies from the Rodesand patisserie. Rodesand is recognised in the Michelin Guide (SELECTED) and positions itself between modern French sensibilities and a market‑kitchen, seasonal philosophy. The Herrenhaus is historic on the outside and stylishly modern within; interior designer Dena Rawle drew on lake blue, forest green and golden accents to finish the rooms, and a summer terrace overlooks the equestrian centre and the Kellersees for relaxed outdoor dining. The kitchen follows a French‑modern, market‑kitchen approach with a focus on seasonal, high‑quality feel‑good cuisine. The kitchen team is led by chef Patrick Kühn with Maximilian Cramer as head chef. Together they deliver an informal yet cosy fine‑dining experience. Specialities include charcoal‑grill dishes, North German bouillabaisse, handmade pasta and grilled turbot, alongside a British teatime offering scones, pastries and small sandwiches.
